What part of Vancouver can't finish ahead of New jersey unless they get either #1 or #2 overall pick isn't being understood? Vancouver can't finish #4 overall. Even if they lose out they get the 7th spot not hard to understand.

What are you not getting about not being able to change the draft order until CapFriendly does? You have posted this same comment on every mock draft.
