1st off I'm not a homer. 2nd off I get what your saying, but you have to admit how well the team was without Malkin, Blueger, Kapanen and Tanev. Sully had alot to do with the teams success while we had injuries. You'd be surprised by my age. I started watching hockey in 2015-16. Sully knows that players will get hit, that's part of hockey. He has a mindset every game and last night's mindset was to ring out energy. I agree that we need toughness, but I also believe in Sully and his knowledge of hockey. I probably started this arguement and I apologize. Just hope you see that Suly brings more positive things then negatives.
sully does not know how to make decisions. You can't tell me going into BOS, NYI or WSH, you sit there and play the 5'10 bottom 6 guy who is invisible when you know what they are bringing and doing on the ice before you ever step on it.
It's not computer science.
No hard math equations to figure out here.
They need to add size to the bottom of the line up and man up for those games. But he refuses to. He'd rather bench them for worthlessly bad players.
It's like his stupid ass decision making last year where he benched McCann for Marlaue. But you are a homer because you refuse to recognize that he consistently makes the dumbest decisions possible.
His brand of hockey simply doesn't work. period. It's not 2016, you aren't going to out skate anyone. Every other team is just as fast and your players are getting older.
At some point you have to meet the world where it is instead of living in this delusional mindset that it's just fine. It's not. They are walking into another 1st round lose because the coach is an idiot.
They need size on the bottom of that lineup. Period, and he refuses to do that.
