I think Calgary loses this one
Rittich / Elliott - toss up, and just added pieces (though Elliot has done well this year at times)
Bennett > Patrick - Patrick may have a higher upside, but his injury history is extremely worrisome
Johnny Hockey > JVR - younger, more skilled, and honestly, JVR is having an outlier season. He won't keep up these numbers over the next 2 years of his contract

I feel like this is pretty close. Honestly it sucks to say but I feel like the only way Johnny gets traded is if at first it looks like we lose the trade on paper. We shouldn’t risk the next 2 first rounders. And I feel like that’s the only way we can upgrade on Johnny.

This is a pretty fair deal. I'd personally rather have Elliott and Patrick over Rittich and Bennett, but also would rather have Johnny over JVR so as a flyers fan I'd be happy with this trade

What does Calgary even get from this trade? JVR is a declining asset on a bad contract. Nolan Patrick. won't have a long career. He already has concussion issues and hasnt produced at a meaningful NHL level. Calgary loses every piece of this deal. Hard Pass
