What is it with Islander fans and giving up a 1st rounder for Hall? He's having a crappy season in Buffalo. There's cheaper options out there that can do the job. My personal pick would be Nick Foligno. He's a physical player with grit, plays a two-way game and is a big body in front the net. Sound familiar? The best thing about him is he's a playoff performer, he excels in the playoffs. Best case scenario we get him for a 3rd, worst case scenario a 2nd. He definitely won't cost us a 1st.

Yeah I cant see how paying a 2nd or 3rd for a 5.5 mil contract for the next 5 years for a 33 year old wouldnt blow up in your face in anyway.
