Leivermann should probably be allowed to play out his senior year in college, even if it's a risk that he could sign elsewhere after his senior year. Other than that the signings look good.
Wennberg is having a good season and will probably get a better deal than just $2m x 1.
I don't mind the Nieto signing, but O'Connor has shown enough that he should be a regular on the 4th line.
The 3rd pairing is quite questionable health-wise with EJ.
If they're able to sneak Francouz through waivers at the start of the year that would be pretty sweet. That might actually be a realistic scenario if he misses this entire season.
Overall I think it's a pretty realistic approach.
