The upgrade from Koskinen and Archibald to Mantha and Bernier is worth Holloway and a second imo. The pick could be lowered if it's that unrealistic.

More like why would Detroit do that? Not trading Bernier for Koskinen and Holloway might become a great player one day but we're not dealing Mantha for him. We need LD help and a #2C and this trade doesn't include either for Mantha. Any deal sending Mantha to Edmonton has to include Broberg or the trade isn't happening it's just that simple.

Detroit passes, Mantha costs Broberg at minimal. No interest in Bear Holloway might some day become a great player but we're not trading Mantha for him. We can get a far better offer for him then this should Yzerman put him on the market.
