Sorokin in goal tonight?

I think Wahly sits tonight. Too many giveaways last night. Looked in over his head. Probably Dal Colle or Johnston in for him. Although I would like to see what Czarnic/Timashov offer.

Too many giveaways? He had one, and he led the entire team in xgf% (expected goals) and was by far their best defensive forward.

I counted three giveaways and they were with very little pressure.

He definitely didn’t have 3 and it doesn’t really matter anyways because when wahlstrom was on the ice last night, the flyers had only 1 shot attempt. He does simple things that a majority of isles forwards can’t do, like make a tape to tape pass and exit + enter the zone with possession. He was their best forward in limited ice time.

That’s not to say trotz won’t do it, he hates young players so nothing would surprise me.
