So PLD and Laine want out and to me I just thought, hey why not try and trade the two. Laine wants a spot on a top line and he would get that in Columbus. Roslovic wants out of Winnipeg and why not trade him to his hometown team in Columbus. PLD has major connections with Winnipeg seeing as his Father works for the Jets AHL team so there is that. I know Winnipeg isnt exactly a large market, but it is a Canadian team and there are family connections. I think the move would help the Jets have a really strong center depth and I think this move helps the Jackets have some scoring options.

iv seen similar trades revolving around PLD and Laine, but the other parts of the trade were much different. I have not seen this exact trade proposal yet. I think Winnipeg wants a Defensemen in the trade.

If I were winnipeg I would take PLD and Gavrikov for Laine. (Stenman bit less promising than Roslovic I guess, but Jack wants outta winnipeg.

yea, the way I tried to build this trade was that I thought PLD and Gavrikov was a bit more value than just Laine straight up so in the Roslovic side of the trade I tried to balance it out with picking Stenlund who I think is of lesser value than Roslovic. But I think Roslovic has a much much higher ceiling than Stenlund.
