Cutting away all the clutter, it's basically Hamilton for 1st and 2nd. And where is that first? top 5? top 10? maybe even higher.
The question as a Leaf fan is: Is Hamilton that good to justify trading the choices and is Hamilton justified in receiving his 5.75m contract? The other option ()which I prefer) is to sign a UFA or make a trade before the deadline, using the Leafs cap space to advantage instead of spending such high assets on Hamilton.
