Oilers aren't in a horrible position cap-wise, but the more flexibility the better.
I don't see any team wanting Kassian as his deal is simply too long. While theres no doubt hes a valuable player, obviously his numbers have been pumped up while playing with 97. By considering that, I just don't see a team willing to commit to his 4 year deal like that.
It will be interesting to see what Holland does for cap flexibility. The obvious name is Chaisson, as with all the wingers we have added, when everyone is healthy, there isn't space for him. The problem is, thats 25-30 pts (in an 82 game schedule), that you need to replace. Chaisson plays his roll well and is by no means overpaid, but its a shame to have a $2M winger as a scratch.
