Ultimately not terrible since NSH always has stud D and NSH may never have drafted Josi or he may not have blossomed like he has if Karlsson were on NSH. But just imagine Poile being the guy that drafted Suter, Weber, Josi, Hamhuis, Ellis, Ekholm, Jones, Girard, Fabbro, Klein, AND Karlsson. I would've absolutely loved to have Konecny though.
