At very most if Stanley Cup contributions helped *elevate* elite players into the HOF it'd be one thing
Like if Hossa made it over Naslund for that reason or something... that's one thing... cups giving leverage
But for solid players to get lucky and end up on dynasties where they just kinda keep things steady
For one we'd have way too many HOFers it'd get crowded and dilute the merit, it'd also just be dumb
