Reinhart is one of Edmonton's top defensive prospect they wouldn't trade him, let alone along with Maroon and two draft picks. Pominville for Maroon is more realistic.

For the Buff trade: I'd rather have Folin than Franson, no clue about Catenacci but Pokemon is already in the NHL (for now at least), and give up a draft pick? Wild easy pass.

Oilers easy pass on Pommer trade. He's not even a $3.5m/yr player anymore, and has the NMC for the expansion draft.

Devils trade could be 1 for 1 just for the small cap relief. I like it for the Wild, but doubt Devils see the need to make the trade.

While I agree with you that Pominville for Maroon is more realistic, I disagree with you about Reinhart. He's a bust, and has very little trade value.
