Pass. Flower's worth as a player is minimal compared to his contract. No chance Ottawa should pay assets to get him, they should be getting assets for taking him.

Also Shayne Gostisbehere is a horrible fit in Ottawa, and that's a ridiculous price to pay. I wouldn't do Wolanin straight up.
