Wasn't the goal of the challenge to make the team better?

I'm torn on the leafs deal, kerfoot is more productive the goat is great with faceoffs and Holl plays well with muzzin. I don't think Bennetts playoffs is enough to convince me of his value in this AGM if it was a second instead of the third it would be more palatable.

im pretty sure that's not true, but then again i dont care. Leafs fans are just as bad at player evaluation as other fans. I mean, everyone here is always telling me how bad leafs fans are at evaluating players, so which bucket are we gonna put the water in?

Touche but that doesnt change the fact that Bennett was given a chance at the a Full time center role for the first time in 4 years and played fantastic. If Leafs would rather keep their safe bet with Kerfoot then sure but Flames want to give him the chance at a full time role at 3C for once. Besides Flames have Ryan as well wgo is a better 3C option than Kerfoot
