Tampa has 5 mill in cap space and they also have to sign Sergachev. They will lose one of them and a first (when they don't own one, a recent former top 10 pick who is figuring it out in Sweden, and former second rounder who fits their Russian theme) is not a bad consolation for Cirelli.
