I think you've paid Hamonic too much money and overvalued Justin Holl here for sure. Vesalainen was a first rounder like 3 years ago, even if his value has dipped it's not that far gone.

Im not a Maple leafs apologist in any capacity but Vesalainen is very over rated, and a good example of not trusting Liiga. Theirs still time for him to develop but WPG fans talk him up a lot and Vesalainen has yet to prove any of his hype, and has looked a little slow, not only to me, but to hockey journos as well

The Andersen to the Flames deals are getting worse and worse... If there is a deal to be made don't expect a 2020 pick involved because it will be done after free agency. Andersen will be a circle back option once all UFA options are exhausted. And at that point I would rather re sign Talbot.
