to clarify only getting rid of Kuzy because it seems like GMBM is trying to shake up the culture, and probably going to get rid of the people who seem less than interested in playing 100% when needed. Do i have proof Kuzy is one of them, no.... but he shows up when he wants, he could be top 5 center in the game( see 2018 playoffs and game 4 against the Isles this year as examples) but those performances are few and far between. He is dreadful at the dot, RNH is marginally better over the course of his career, so seeing according to some he is a winger he is still better faceoff guy than our #1C. RNH has more block shots, hits and take aways than Kuzy since he entered the league. That may be to style of play, effort, the position, lack of possession for EDM over that time, i dont know but going off those numbers it at least shows effort. Im not that big on +/- because Ovi was a -35 one year and a -12 this year. He isnt winning any Selke awards anytime soon but he isnt a -35 liability at forward. It all depends who youre line mates are and D pairings. I could be wrong but just my opinion
