It's not though. Swapping Dvo for Middlestadt is a non-starter. Need a real prospect and those picks to even consider. Even then the Coyotes will not trade him because he is on a great contract and is their best all around forward.

Not saying they should, I was saying your interpretation of what was being offered was wrong. And imo it’s close. You said a real prospect, we’ll depends on what you think of Mittelstadt. Some still view him as a middle six center prospect, some view him as a bust. Time will tell.

Last time I checked I thought firsts had value. But maybe I haven't looked enough into them, I agree we should probably add a second instead of a fourth, but I'm also factoring in the value of saving cap space. I probably would have to start with Cozens, just hate to do it knowing how ceiling. Cozens for Chychrun straight up is pretty fair. Without major picks, I'd throw in a second to balance out because of the uncertainty of what Cozens can actually do in the NHL. Although his contract is better. 3 years on ELC l.

They have an entire roster of players that they can trade to save cap space. You picked the only 2 players on good contracts for term. Going to cost A LOT to move them and even more to move them in a package. Starts with Cozens and add picks + prospects from there
