Not really, I mean that first might be 2 much but ur paying for a guaranteed player vs prospects. So it's not a huge difference. I'd say it's worth it if you win a cup. 14 million to sign 4 ELCs then Fox and Kakko the next year.

Idk if I'd call it a reach at all. Chytil probably winds up as a scoring middle 6 C/W, Lundkvist is a great D prospect, helps that he is a righty and would probably be able to slot right in for the Yotes, and the 1st round pick is definitely huge for a team that wont draft in the 1st or 2nd round for the next 2 years. I definitely think the Yotes are going to try to move someone for a 1st this year, and i think while losing Keller would suck, with some of the players they have, maybe they think Chytil is a formidable replacement with what else is coming back

Yeah I could agree with this.

Not really sure why VGK makes this move. It’s not bad for either side but McNabb is rock solid and on such a cheap deal
