I personally don’t see Anaheim accepting. But you never know, some GM’s view players very differently compared to others. They may see Dermott as a lock in the top 4 for years to come. I personally think the value is a off though.

I think it’s more of the value getting rid of the Kesler contract. That, or move kerfoot or someone into this deal in addition

Keslers deal is insured so they don’t really have a reason to move it for a lesser return.

The Ducks already have too many LHD so Dermott, while a really nice player doesn’t hold much value for ANA. Brooks and Bracco don’t hold much value and the picks don’t make up the difference. Manson to the Leafs isn’t a good trade fit seeing how both teams have similar needs
