Yeah, and Rielly can't do either...17 takeaways this season (42 giveaways)...that is literally horrible for a defender. And yes, throwing hits in the playoffs is EXACTLY what physicality means in the playoffs. I'm starting to question whether you watch hockey outside of the Leafs.

Ok so first, lol at give aways/take aways, it's the only 2nd least worst tracked stat after hits because there is literally no consensus on what a give away or take away is. Some times its a guy stripped the puck from another player, some times its an intercepted pass etc. So, no, thats a bad way to measure a players ability to take or keep a puck.
And no, throwing hits does not mean physicality in the playoffs, being physical does. Hits are a part of it but not a big one.
