Description

New goalie plus two middle-six RWs.

I have my doubts about Florida wanting to trade a guy coming off a 20-goal season who is only making $1.67 mil/year though. Also, I am not sure the Coyotes would trade Raanta within the division.

Biggest benefit here is that, in addition to this team likely being better than last year's, the Sharks keep the two high draft picks and rebuild the farm.

I don't know much about him, but he hits, is cheap, and just scored 20 goals. I realize he might not be an ideal 2nd liner, but paired with Kane and Hertl, maybe he can be. Those of you who know his play well, how's his skating?

I know he got 20 goals but you can't trade 3 former 2nd round picks and 2 3rds for that. He is an average skater, and is very one-dimensional offensively.

Hes a very good bottom six guy. I liked him on the Bruins but I was shocked that he hit 20 goals this year. Hes a smart player but he doesnt have great hands and moves like a fridge. He had a career 8.7 shot% and that blew up to 18.5 this year. Again very good 4th liner but doesnt have the skill to play in the top 6

Sorensen is a one-year rental, so he and the second might get you Raanta. Arizona wouldn't throw in Hinostroza, too. He's the type of low-cost depth player the Coyotes need, particularly if they are to have any chance whatsoever at re-signing Taylor Hall.
