No Effing way Bozak for Brodin! Brodin is 23 and a proven top 4 shut down defender who can skate like the wind and Bozak is a 30 year old with injury problems.

IF Brodin is a steady NHL Dman, I can't see the Wild trading 5 years of Brodin for 2 years of Bozak. That been said, I don't think the Leafs would want Matthews and Barzal as starting centres for the Leafs this year.

Hamonic > Gardiner. Same age and better contract.

Barzal is a high end prospect. At this point JVR is not worth this type of prospect. He has been a bit exposed on his flaws (not physical for his size, poor 2 way player) and only has 2 years left. If the leafs do move him I suspect the return will be a bit underwhelming or for a similar age D man. Leafs don't even need Barzal though...
