If anaheim is trading both rakell and henrique, they are going to want the 2020 1st back.

IMO henrique = Ristolainen plus a 3rd
Rakell = 2020 1st.

I feel like there are other guys I'd rather give the 2020 1st for over Rakell. I think that's close to his value but we might need a sweetener back from Anaheim tbh.

Thats the thing we can't afford to give up a pick for a guy who's going to walk in 2 years. I mean, maybe there's a chance of re-signing him, but who wants to play in this dumpster fire of an org right now? Only way is if the team does a complete 180 this offseason. I feel the same about Gaudreau.

I don’t honestly know much about the org. But Rakell, Henrique, and a goalie upgrade would be a helluva good start to improving things on the ice

Continuing to develop and mature outside of the NHL. If he takes Tage's spot great but, I would rather not bank on him contributing this year since he is still young. I think the better option is to wait for him to take 3c in 2021 and then 2c the following year, if we don't mess up his development.
