If we had drafted anything else, the poor guy would have been buried under veterans that’s how deep the Habs were at every position except center in 2018. Remember, KK got 30 points in his rookie season. That’s more than Jack Hughes and Kaapo Kakko had this season. We’re they busts? I don’t think so. And if you still think that team should still draft BPA that often look at Kirby Dach. IMO Bowen Byram is a much better player, BUT, and here’s the kicker, Chicago didn’t need D, so THEY DRAFTED BY NEEDS. Wow, that’s incredible, isn’t it? Stan Bowman, one of the best GMs in the NHL, drafted by needs. “Cheers”.
