Avs aren't trading Cole for basically nothing, he has much more value than that.

Bellemare is more useful to Colorado right now than a 3rd.

Detroit say no to that Mantha trade. They have Hronek and Seider at RHD so I don't think Timmins is the buy they'd ask for. It would be Byram or Newhook. But that's not happening.

And that Carey Price trade..... BIG NO. Price has one of the worst contracts in the league, and we aren't trading a better goalie (statistically speaking) on 1/3 of the caphit AND some prime young assets for him.

Its more likely that no teams want to trade for price over Bergevin being able to ask for a massive over payment for him. The market for a 32 year old 10.5m aav with league low numbers as a starter..thats a hard market to be demanding anything

THey are moving him for a reason and its what every other fan base has been saying, at his age and contract with his numbers...thats a cap space anchor, no team wants to shipwreck themselves with his contract

I think you’re wrong, if Price was asking for a trade, I think a couple of teams would be interested even at 10.5M. Your take people are trading him for a reason isn’t a good take, some habs fan are trading Lehkonen for a 3rd when he’s one of the most complete player after Danault.
