I like Perunovich - we need an offensive LD in the pipeline. I'd also be happy to take on Allen for a decent goalie tandem. Steen idk, we've got a bit of a log jam for bottom 6 forwards. That being said this is an overpay. We can get a Perunovich caliber d prospect (i.e. second pair upside) with the 32nd pick. Lindström is likely a third pair dman with a lower ceiling but higher floor than Perunovich; he looked like a legit NHLer on his call up this year. I'd say conservatively, Lindström's trade value is a late 2nd early 3rd round pick, as is Glendening's.
So the trade breaks down to an early 2nd and 2 late 2nds for Steen (who has negative value), Allen (who maybe has no value to late pick value), and Perunovich who has late first value.
I'd rather trade that package to move up from 32nd to a late teens pick.
