Line 1: 100+ pt pure playmaker + best player in the world + arguably 2nd best player in the world

Line 2: Former 60 goal scorer + Almost 50 goal scorer + Elite 90 pt 2-way playmaker (Scoring line)

Line 3: 100 pt player + One of the greatest players of all time + Selke winner (Checking/Scoring line)

Line 4: Good 2-way player, not a Selke winner + 80pt 3rd liner + Fabulous 2-way player. (Defensive line)

Line 1: very good, elite, underrated player, probably top 5 at his position in the world, the best offensive player in the world (but doesn't defense), one of the best offensive players in the league (and does some defense)

Line 4: debatably the best overall player in the league, low end offensive 1C, debatably the best overall player in the league

Just missed. If the coach throws someone other then Pietro/Hamilton/Makar it will be to score goals, and Burns and Letang do that. Intl hockey is an entirely different game, scoring, goal tending and possession is everything.

Weber lol? He's nowhere near as good or especially as fast as Makar. Also Theodore has to make it. The team is pretty stripped of it's defense and Theodore helps with that. Really it boils down to Theodore vs Parayko and I chose Theodore.

Stone Crosby or Couts, probably Stone, the other two had "down" years (relatively speaking ofc)

Well Crosby has been down for a few years now, but I thinks that's more because of bad linemates as he still seems just as good. McDavid is undoubtedly better though. I'd say Crosby is 7th/8th best in the NHL.

Couturier doesn't have the offensive production to be even considered for top player in the world. He's for sure the worst forward in the top-4 lines.

Stone is amazing, top-10 in the NHL even but he simply isn't as good as McDavid/MacKinnon/Panarin/Pastrnak/Matthews

Crosby had 1 down year, he had probably his best year since his absurd 2012 to 2014 (ish) stretch in 2018-19
Couts is just fine offensively, but he's also elite defenseively (a lot better than Bergeron) he probably underscores his xG a bit so that's probably why he's underrated
Stone literally made Chandler Stephenson good lol, he's nearly as good offensively as McD (even adjusted for QoT) and is not only a not a liability defensively, he's legitimately elite defenseively (and he's obv less flashy than McD/Mack/Kane) Mack isn't quite as good offensively as McD, and is better defenseively, but still not close to as good defenseively as Stone, Panarin was the best player in hockey this year, but Stone has a better 3 year sample, Pasta just isn't even the best winger on his own team, much less the league, AM is v good yes, top 5 center, probably, but not better than McD, much less the best player (s) in the league

Parayko isn’t a top 15 D and Letang definitely is. Parayko is one of the most overrated D in the league. Is he great? Yes sure. But hes not a top 15 D.

I disagree with him being one of the three best shutdown D. And he doesn’t provide much offence. I’ll take Letang all day everyday over him. While Letang isn’t as good defensively, he’s miles better offensively and such a creative defensemen.

Which isn’t what CAN lacks.

Plus if it weren’t for Petro I GUARENTEE that Parayko would be a money in the bank 40 pts guy
