Why? Johnsson is a good player? He isn't a cap dump, there will be plenty of teams who could benefit from having Johnsson in their lineup.

Well thats his value and if you take bunch of teams like Edmonton, Arizona or somebody else who wants term-secured player who can play in top-6 for cheap and be 50-55 point two-way winger..
