No, I did not tell him his trade sucks. I said it was not enough for Eichel and that the main pieces in this trade are better suited as complimentary pieces (aka spare parts) in a potential Eichel deal.
There is no talk to backup with action, I never once implied that I could create a better deal.
I did see that you would like to see me make a better deal, and since that had nothing to do with this at all, I chose to ignore the invitation.

Sure, my bad. Since it was a B's post when i was writing that thought i mustve forgot he was included in the deal. But i believe we agree. Any trade for Eichel is gonna be complicated and the team getting Eichel is most likely gonna have to part with a couple pieces they do not want to.
