most players jump out of the gate strong. He is injury prone and hasn't had remotely close to a full season in a while. Also IIRC he often gets top 6 minutes when he is in the lineup to balance some of the top lines. Kubalik stole what was originally his spot on Toews LW. When not on with better talent he seems ineffective and replaceable.

Tanev was the main driver in terms of points for that line. I’d rather have him over Lowry. He had some offensive talent and could pk and play d. Lowry can hardly handle the puck haha. I would like a 3rd line of Harkins-Copp-Tanev. They can play defense and score. Lowry really brings down that bottom 6 offensively haha.

I'd rather have anyone over Lowry.. Lol.. Seriously though I think I would other then the truly dead weight players, he's severely overrated in Jetsville and what positives he brings are so easily replaced and if there was a different type player instead of him they'd bring needed style of play like speed or whatever, like they really just need someone that can help provide some damn ****ing goals from the 3rd line whether scoring them or assisting on them, Lowry does neither and his ability to prevent them is overrated, he was a minus player this season and has been in the past as well.

As for Tanev I was never a fan but his speed does create turnovers and Copp has been ready to center his own line for years, wonder what a line of
Tanev-Copp-Armia might of done, I'm sure it would of been just as capable defensively and would of produced more. I'm not sure if Tanev was the offense driver on that line as it didn't really produce much.. Lol.. I remember they had some really long stretches without any of them getting so much as an assist.

It's really too bad Maurice has such a blind spot for Lowry that he uses him to the detriment of the whole team.

I know they hardly produced, but from what I remember. Tanev was always right in the middle of it in the offensive zone.

Heard recently the knobs of Winnipeg hockey media discussing Lowry and what his next contract might look like, they were suggesting a $4M AAV and they thought that would be a good signing, to me that would be borderline crippling to the team and really I'm not exaggerating when I say I think it'd be one of the worst contracts in the league, and that's not my Lowry dislike talking.

Yeah I know, makes zero sense to me too. These morons really overvalue Lowry and like to rag on Little yet little gets paid what a lot of 2C's make and produces what an average 2C does whereas Lowry gets paid like a 3C and produces like a 4C and effectively sinks the entire bottom 6, I just don't get how people in Jetsville don't see what a weak link in the Jets chain Lowry is. They like to carry on about his defensive ability, faceoffs and PK work but I thought Shore played pretty well at 4C, was good at all those things and had he been given a couple better wingers they might of won a few more games.

To me Little is more of a 2C then Lowry is a 3C and it's a pretty wide gap, if the Jets had a better 3C then Little's ability as a 2C wouldn't even be a discussion I bet.

Would have to agree with everything you said, I was a fan of Lowry and then this past season my opinion went into the trash lol. I just think as long as he’s on our 3rd line we’ll never have success. He’d be a fine 4c if he was making 1.25-1.75m.
