I don't see anyone trading for Puljujarvi then not playing him. Move Khaira and have your bottom six be either:

Ryan-White-Puljujarvi
Paul-Chlapik-Eriksson

Or
Paul-White-Puljujarvi
Eriksson-Chlapik-Ryan


Also I don't know how you can look at Eriksson and Anisimov, and have Anisimov in the press box. He was great for Ottawa. I agree about wanting Chlapik to be 4C, but Arty should be his LW for sure. Or even have him on White's wing and bump Paul down.

That's kinda the problem though. If he does come and expect to play but doesn't have it what it takes or they want him to get more time in the AHL he could just bolt like Wikstrand. Bellville is going to have a large group of sweeds/fins and if he cares to have a career in the NHL he goes 1 year in Belleville. Most of Ottawa's Prospects will stay there in this unless called up. Norris, Stutzle, Formenton, Brannstrom, is a good possible group to play with and it would show he wants to play in the NHL.

As Far as Anisimov, i dont think he has the legs to stick all year. He isn't around next year and Eriksson, Anisimov and Paul can really just rotate in and out.

Also i would keep Khaira as cap hit even if he doesnt play. I barely got over this year min cap hit of 60mil and i wouldnt take many other problem cap hits
