I would offer a 4th rounder and if they say no just offer sheet.... especially if you are paying 4m for a 5-6 dman.... Tampa isnt matching anything

It’s better than a 2nd bc that’s all you will get on an offer sheet Tampa’s only got 5.3 for next year if someone offer sheets him at 4.2 your gonna lose him for just a 2nd

I agree Toronto wont do it.... Not the player they are looking for.... All Tampa will get for him is a 3rd round pick max... or potentially loose him to an offer sheet so anything is better then nothing.
