This is a good list. Though I’d probably move Pietranglo to the main option list of he comes in under 9 mil. He’d be the perfect player to add to Toronto.

It would just take moving Kapanen, Johansson and Kerfoot to do it.

There are a few things here and there that I disagree with, but the big one for me is Tanev. He just isn't good.
