No reason to overpay Murray before you trade him. AAV is low on Jarry, I think he gets a Binnington contract or more if they win the cup with him in net.

Any team with Malkin and Crosby I personally will never count out but it’s not looking good at the moment. They are missing 2 high end defenseman but that’s assuming they come back 100%

Crosby & Malkin are both past their prime. They are declining now. The expectation is that they still need to carry players like Sheary when the truth is their bodies can’t physically allow them to do that anymore.

Malkin and Crosby are both Top 15 ppg players. Malkin actually is #6 and Crosby is #13 ahead of players commonly glorified players like Auston Matthews. Id say they both are top players in the nhl. Not in their prime and still amongst the best players in the Nhl is a massive compliment to them. To put this in perspective both of these players are better than every player in Toronto right now.

Crosby 1.171ppg pace or in an 82 game season 96 points. I’d say that’s incredible

Long story short put some respect on their names

I am actually a diehard Pens fan, just that I live in Toronto & Marner is my favourite player. I have a ton of love & respect for Geno & Sid, they have achieved for much for this team throughout their careers & are easily amongst the top players of all time. It’s just they aren’t nearly as dominant compared to when they were in their 20s. They can’t carry the team anymore. It is time that we accept that & lower our expectations for the Pittsburgh Penguins. They have no more chances.
