Allen is worth more than a 5th. I could see him going for a late 2nd (highest) or mid 3rd (lowest). There's so many teams that could use his services, it just depends if the Blues are willing to lose a decent backup for that return.

There is absolutely no way that Steen approves a deal to a team like LA. I could only see him waiving his clause if he had a chance to go back home to Winnipeg, other than that, he means way more to the Blues for his leadership.
