<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>mokumboi</b></div><div>If you really thought you had a great point, you would not have low bridged his offensive contributions (23 per 82 games for his career, and he scores at a higher rate in the playoffs, as seen on the way to the Cup). And obviously, reducing Schwartz to just a goal total ignores more than half of what makes him essential to the Blues. On top of all that, he's younger than Schenn, O'Reilly, Petro, Vladdy and Frenchy. Are we going to play pretend that they're now suddenly useless trash as well?

Hey, if you have some legit link to share to back your assertion that he can be had, pass it on over. Short of that, I call BS.</div></div>

I dunno man, maybe try searching for yourself? Just because you don't believe it or it crushes your little dreams doesn't mean people aren't talking about it. Do your own research and get your head out of the clouds. I could find several other articles of people discussing this possibility because frankly, I don't care. Schwartz isn't as good as you think lmao, he's a borderline third line player. All of those players you mentioned may be older but they are in an entirely different skillset than 17. If you can trade 17 for assets, free up cap space and keep promising young talent then you do that every day of the week!
