All those moves, many are NOT gonna happen (O'Reilly, Nurse, AA) etc.
Even if luck was working 100% (for this year or next) it will still take a couple of months for the team to gel and the result would be missed playoffs...

At the start of the season it looked like Juulsen's celling was a 3rd pair defender and since his injury even that is questionable. McNiven's GAA and SV% are almost identical to Jimmy Howard who hasn't won a game since 10/29/2019. AA has 3 goals in his last 3 games but his value is still very low but I still don't expect Yzerman to trade him this low. He is still an RFA and resigning him won't be a problem. Now better play of recent doesn't mean much to other teams but it is more reason for Detroit to hold on to him a bit longer.

I have no idea about O'Rielly a 4th rd pick made when Holland was still GM. I can't imagine he'd be worth much even if Holland was still the GM in Detroit. I'm not sure why it is necessary to move $1.4M of cap space but Detroit will be Weal's 4th team in about a year and 5th team in his career and he isn't even a UFA yet. I think it will take some incentive to move him like a 5th or 6th rd pick.
