Description
Why are people so bad at these. Stop trying to trade away McAvoy. Stop trying to downgrade Hienen for free. Stop giving away Studnicka and Urho, our two best prospects.

I am here to give an actual possible end of the season, so your comments are appreciated, but be reasonable about them because I am not being a moron like others on here.

Not bad. Hesitant on the Kase trade based on how high the Bruins are of Kuhlman and keeping their first.

However if they go all in I could see this happening, Backes would probably need a couple mil retained.

Lastly, as you said Moore will probably be an offseason trade but could happen if a bubble team like Chicago comes in. They’ve been scouting the B’s quite a bit the last two months

It is a significant overpay with anaheim. One that I’m okay with i guess.

Studnicka is significantly better than Thornton, who wont waive to come to boston anyway. Any ACGM with Thornton to boston is a waste of html.

Yeah im not sure about their stance on Kuhlman, but I guess it could aslo be Senyshyn and Zboril, or Zboril and JFK, or any combo of middle tier prospects.

For a first rounder, Backes will not need any retained. For a second, probably 1.5 mil retained. For a 3rd probably 3 mil retained. Thats a good rule of thumb for his current deal

Good point With Moore!!

I dont control who is on their trade block.

But its been put out there, so im just making the trade.

It makes sense though, because they can get more for Kase, and they are a rebuilding team so better to have 2 Mid level 20 year old prospects than 1 Mid level prospect top 6 player who is already 24.

Wouldn’t give up a roster player for Kase. Backes, 1st then a mid round pick and a prospect not named vaak or Studs.

Bruins don’t want Jumbo and Jumbo doesn’t want to play for the bruins.

I agree its an overpayment for Kase, but I dont wanna be a homer ya know.

I also love Stud, but at this point it seems that they wanna give him the rest of this year to develop in the AHL so he will be 100% ready next year.
Thornton is still a player who put up 50 last year, and is putting up 20 this year on a bad team (20 would be the 9th most on the bruins by the way) So he would be a PERFECT top 9 guy. Sorry!

Not when they already have too many mid level specs in the 18-21 year old range, and Kase is probably better than the majority of them anyway, and 24 is still young, still roughly 8 years of performing at a similar level

Your first sentence makes no sense.
Jumbo would play for the bruins according to certain reports, but Nothing solid obviously. Bruins two needs are 2RW and 3C so while they havent said anything, it is certain a match.
Good try though

Let’s say he is. No point in arguing. We just have different opinions on the matter. I’d argue his one even strength goal in 53 games just does nothing for boston, but whatever. There’s three little letters that stops this all dead in its tracks, and makes it pointless to discuss.

First off my first sentence was my opinion, so if it makes no sense to you maybe you can tell me your address so i can send you a dictionary where you can look up what that word means because clearly you’re a little slow.

Second off Coyle plays 3C if you have actually watch literally any bruins game this year and Jumbo is washed up and sucks go look at his stats so it is certainly not a match.
Good try though

Yes, our opinions are different on the matter, but there is IN FACT a 50/50 shot, so we shall see what happens
There is one word that stops your point
"Waived"

There have been articles saying he could waive his NMC for boston. Obviously he is a Shark through and through, but havign played 8 seasons in boston with one being his second best season, it would be an awesome reunion to go back, play with Z, and win a cup (which oh yeah he hasnt done yet)

"Backes, 1st then a mid round pick and a prospect not named vaak or Studs." - that is not a setence, nor does it make sense. If it was part of the first part, then your punctuation and order of words was horrid.
Coyle is also a Natural RW so by bringing in a 3C in Thornton, Coyle can paly the 3RW and make a pretty damn good line. Thornton has 20 points in 50ish games, making him 9th on the bruins if he was traded (perfect spot for a third liner). If you have actually watch'ed' literally any HOCKEY you would know both of those things.

U know your losing a arugment when u try 2 corect someones grammer,

What don't you understand that Thornton hates Boston for trading him and will never waive his NTC to come to Boston not to mention Jumbo would be a healthy scratch on this roster.

Coyle played as center for most of career with the wild and why trade for Kase just to have Coyle play RW makes no sense to downgrade your 3rd line center to Jumbo.

Lol I looked for the article two days ago when this all came out and couldnt find it. But the fact that you tried shutting me down with your "NMC" thing, thats weird lol.

Hey i am not saying its gonna happen. But its equally as likely that it will happen (because of the factors I said) as it is that he wont be a bruins (because of what you said).

Lol im not trying to correct your grammer, I genuinely have no clue what your saying so thats where you are wrong. (although thats true, dumb people do that) (I am just not one of them).
He wouldnt be a healthy scratch, and he wants to him a cup and the bruins give him the best chance to do that right now.
Its a slight downgrade, but then you upgrade 3RW by moving Coyle there (He played both positions in Minnesotta), and upgrading 2RW with Kase, so instead of thinking in one way, please think harder and more 3D.

The only two records I could find about the 2010 draft had Coyle as a "Forward" and "RW"...
I agree that he plays well at center, but he is also a RW. He played RW for at least three years in Minnesotta, which means that he also probably played 3 years at Center. He is both, though based on the draft thing it seems that his natural position is RW although that may have switched.
Doing research is important. I am glad to have done it

I think people tend to think that a players, “natural,” position is what they played when they were in house league. Not the case. What is Dustin Byfugliens natural position? D? Well a few years ago it would have been winger. How about Burns? Same thing. Bergeron entered the league as a winger. Is that his natural position? How about Stamkos? Came up as a center. He hasn’t played much center in a long time. Same for Giroux.

Coyle is clearly at his best at center. The bruins clearly want him at center. He’s a center.
