Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Helps out defense and cap space a bit. Could Buyout Staal/ and or Girardi to save even more space if their play is terrible or they are surpassed on depth chart. Trades help out both the Blues and the CBJ. Blues get scoring winger, cheaper RHD, and a center prospect and a pick. CBJ get a good center and get out from under part of Hartnell's contract.

Not sure about that Bill. Atkinson is very talented. I am not sure he has reached his full potential. Stepan is a very good player but Atkinson is heart and soul player for the Jackets. Those players are not easy to replace.
