Suzuki is a beast

1 year contract for Domi, he gets a raise but need to show if he’s the 72 points guy or a ~50 guy before getting the long terms

3 years for Mete is perfect, we’ll see if he turns out a solid #4 or more a 3rd pairing dman

MTL draft the better played at the draft since we got prospects at every position for the future ( maybe a lack of LW but Drouin Domi Lehkonen are all 24 yo )

Oh and I changed the D pairing, Mete was better with Weber than playing 13 min a game

Think you're just about bang on, I would personally like to see a bit more size added to the bottom half of the lineup and of course a top pairing LHD would be a dream come true but this most likely.

This makes sense more or less. With all that cap space they could add a few more bigger bodies though, its only a 22-man roster as is. Maybe a 1 year for Kovalchuk, just don't know what his motivation is right now and what he would cost. Or if not Kovalchuk, at least one more bigger FA winger for the 4th line to push Weal into the press box.

I really don’t have a probably with Cousins, the issue this year was that he was forced to play in a role that he’s not meant for. That would be a great 4th line and those lines in general are better than a lot of people think, the top 9 has threats on each line. I’m more optimistic than most, but this team when healthy can give the good teas in the league a run for their money.

He already took a bridge deal. Either it's going to be another short term deal but for a lot more than his last or it's a long term deal that is going to be a lot more than this. He had 72 points a year ago. Why would he take a depth piece contract?
