Bob McKenzie on Insider Trading literally said the Oilers are on Kapanen or Johnson. And that the leafs are looking to trade one of them for a RH Top 4 D who can shutdown the opposition.......

This is for 20-21, Mckenzie is talking about now not for next season.

This would be good for the Oilers but they'd miss Larsson, really don't see this working for the Oilers right now but they could really use Kapanen.

Yeah, they'd miss him this year but I think Bouchard will be able to play top-4 next year. They'd have to get a replacement to cover for him... Benning has some experience playing top-4 in the past, as does Russell, but more cover would be nice.
