same situation with ceci but miller has alot more value. bracco has less value then leaf fans think (like every player on there roster). also helps that injury issues in toronto would push the need for it.
dub has some bad numbers this year and cost 2m$ cap space so min saves some $ and get s ok replacment.

theres some sense to the leafs trade. wont deny that, but his value is not so low that they will do it to dump a contract of one year for a guy who has been a healthy scratch for a large segment of the season.

Buffalo still has to add to that trade. Erod has been awful outside of that game last week. Galchenyuk has much higher bounceback potential.

Leafs should take that trade 100% Bracco might as well be a healthy scratch. With the numbers he puts up in minors yet he still doesn't get a call up even when any of Marner, Nylander or Kapanen get injured. Hes still waiver exempt and its not like he qualifes for an ELC slide.
Yes Miller has been a healthy scratch but the team also has rhe highest RD depth in the league. Miller alsi has term on his contract which is an issue in Toronto, none of their defense do.
