im probably very wrong on all these trades so please dont hate on me too much lol

im trading these players to teams who are either pushing for the playoffs or in need of a rebuild


carolina trade- canes are looking very good this year and will make the playoffs so trading johnsson for the 1st they traded in the marleau deal i know its steep as this could possibly be a lottery pick if leafs dont make playoffs but hes a 40 point plus player signed for multiple years on a good contract and would give them extra attack which need, canes never gave up any prospects or players for that pick so maybe they may trade it ... just maybe

rangers trade - i doubt nyr will make playoffs and still a team in a rebuild, looks SHESTERKIN will be a rangers netminder next year and with lundquist still contracted fr a couple more years i believe georgiev will be moved, i traded j.woll who is a very good goal keeping prospect and picks who may one day become shesterkins back up when lundquist retires

ducks trade - i know probably will never want to move manson but with them needing a rebuild a 1st round pick a grade A prospect like liljegren who would take his place on right side of defence, a grade B prospect like bracco who could help there powerplay which is not the best at moment and a cap dump or a 3rd line dman in ceci, also manson is tied up for a couple more years

wild trade - i found this trade difficult as i like kapi loads but i personally think he doesnt fit into the matthews line well, and i would hate to break up that 3rd line of giraffe, foot and soup they are scary to play against, kapi needs to play top 6 minutes an would get oppotunity with wild as there still pushing for a play off spot in central, i think greenway would add a different type of game to the matthews line with his size and he gets to play bigger minutes as so many in front of him in the lw position on wilds roster and gives both teams more balance in there positions
