Not gonna get more than a 3rd for Perreault. Also I just don’t see buff going anywhere.

I would hope that by next season, the Jets are confident with Roslovic in the top 6. Little will likely be in the bottom 6 when he returns this season. Heinola and Samberg should also be knocking at the door to make the Edmundson signing unnecessary. If the Jets could get that return for Perreault, they should jump at it.

My thinking with perrault was moving him at the deadline sometimes makes some GMs a little more desperate... if all you can get is one pick fine but we will need his salary off the books to fix the D for next season.
And i think the bridge has been burned with buff... I would love to see him at 100% back on our blue line but i'm not sure how he walks back into the dressing room if everything that's been made public is the true story.

Yes i would put roslovic in the top six as well with little down in the lineup... i will fix that... i forgot to make that adjustment

and i cant see heinola or samberg being there next year... jets need to capitalize on Wheelers last few high end seasons and scheifs in his prime... you cant keep rebuilding the D with rookies next year... you make move to shore up the D and bring in one rookie in each of the next couple years IMO... sign edmundson or someone similar on a short 2 or 3 year deal.. edmundson may not be the guy but i think they need a big veteran dman on a short deal as a stop gap..
