You are the only person I have seen play Donato in his natural position. He was mismanaged in Boston and never played once in his Natural position that he'd played his whole life, and would have been a better answer then Coyle.

Can't say it's false until Donato has been given a shot at the center position. No one has seen a NHL game let alone a season of his FO%, Corsi +/-, or anything as a center. So saying that because of Coyles playoff performance he was a better option would be a premature statement. Donato should have been given a shot while JFK and Fredrick were losing the job.

I did want them to give Donato a chance but theres no chance he wouldve been able to play those type of minutes in the playoffs. I love donato and was upset when they traded him but Coyle had the size and twoway ability to play big minutes in the playoffs. Not a chance that Donato wouldve been able to do that.
