Krejci has a no movement clause, and no way he approves of a trade to Winnipeg.

Why would Wpg be adding the pick? Trouba is younger and will be less expensive. I like Trouba for Krejci better than Shattenkirk for him though.

I don't think the question has ever been posed to him, so I don't know why their would be a link on it. Just common sense. It's not a secret that players don't want to live in Winnipeg or Edmonton. That's why those teams have such a hard time signing free agents.

I buy that, but I also think Krejci put up the most points of his career with Ryder and Wheeler as his wings, so he might have more interest in playing in wpg on Wheeler's line then the majority of #1 C's in the league.

No chance that sells him. He gets paid the same, no matter who he plays with for the next five years. First and foremost, he's going to want to go a place that he, and his wife, will want to live. When they shop a guy for a trade with a NTC, they get a list from him beforehand of teams he is willing to go. No chance, Krejci would put Winnipeg on his list.

Why would Boston only take a 3rd round pick for both Hayes and Seidenberg? Boston would be looking for a little more in return.

If the B's could get a 3rd rounder for those two, they would have a parade down Causeway Street

I can't give you a link, but I think where Krejci is from + Wpg have similar climates, which is the factor that scares off most people. Plus Krejci might like it cold, I've never seen any complaints from him during big storms or bad weather. Unless you can give a link that says Krejci likes it 60+ degrees + sunny all the time (in which case he wouldn't like Boston) You are just sharing speculation and an opinion, nothing factual.
