I can't see a way short of him being Gretzky in the preseason that Kirby Dach is making this roster. I actually don't believe Nylander is making this roster either.

I also don't believe Toews and Kane will be on the same line. Sure it works for awhile but they play together on the PP enough anyway. You have to spread out your offensive firepower and ask yourself who in the NHL would have a better 2nd line than Cat-Strome-Kane?

Yes, but Debrincat absolutely produces more pure offensive firepower than Toews. Kane and Debrincat are our two main offensive play-drivers and should not be together. Also, when Kane is with Toews, there is at least some defense being played. The Cat-Strome-Kane line is great for the PP, but way too defensively irresponsible.
