Guess you missed the memo, That Trouba will only sign for between $7.5M to $8.0M per long term. He's not signing for under $7 million per.

I think this is the worst Ive seen. Lets trade guys who wont waive no movement clauses (hank Shatty) and sign guys for contracts that are unrealistic of terrible. The only trade the rangers might even consider of these is the edm one and that doubtful. The rangers pass on all of these trades.

Wennberg is no good, look at his advanced stats. And Hank won’t waive so that’s not happening.
Vancouver won’t take Shattenkirk’s full contract. They have 5 mil in cap space and need to sign Brock Boeser who will want 6 mil+
Plus, if all we are getting is a 5th, then a Shattenkirk trade isn’t preferable. Ristolainen is awful, and we already have DeAngelo and Fox to be our RHD. There is no whole there to be filled in. And Andersson, a 2nd, and a 3rd is way too much for him.
Nils Lundkvist is not an asset we should trade, at least yet. So I wouldn’t do that Nylander deal. He doesn’t fit with our team in this scenario, because he is primarily a winger and does not play as well at center imo. Edmonton trade is the only good one, and idk how likely that is to happen.
Oh, and we have Shestorkin, so if in the highly unlikely event that King Hank gets traded, we won’t be signing a scrub like Lehtonen. He will split starts with Georgiev.
